Discovery Process
Step 1
Introductory Conversations
One-on-one phone calls, video calls, references, emails, chats, visits – Anything that the interested potential franchisee may require to make a decision on whether Ctrl V® is a fit for them. Fit is very important to a lasting relationship
Step 2
Behavioral Vetting
We send a series of behavioral and aptitude tests to the interested franchisee. This helps Ctrl V® understand if they are a fit for our system. We want to ensure that everyone is as set up for success as possible. Being a fit is important.
Step 3
Information Package
We will send the interested franchise candidate a large information package with some worksheets and some detailed information about our processes and what it means to franchise with Ctrl V® for review.
Step 4
Question Time
By this point, both the interested potential franchisee and Ctrl V® know quite a bit about each other. In this step, we hammer out any lingering questions that need to be addressed before either party starts spending money on legal.
Step 5
Franchise Disclosure
Ctrl V® will send the interested franchise prospect our franchise disclosure documents. This is basically everything that we’ve already spoken about except in “legal speak”. The franchisee will wait required waiting period and sign if all is good.
